Story of a Student Migrant

I am Mahbubur Rahman—an ordinary student from Bangladesh who set out on a journey for higher education abroad.

My dream began in 2018 when I started learning the Japanese language. As a result of hard work, I received my COE (Certificate of Eligibility) from Japan Immigration in 2021; however, due to the pandemic, I finally arrived in Japan in 2022.

After completing one year at a Japanese language school, I successfully passed the JLPT N2 and later the N1 level. Currently, I am working for a Japanese real estate company, where I handle responsibilities related to apartment rentals and sales (Fudosan).

In addition to my professional work, I have translated Japanese language books (from N5 to N2) into Bengali to help make the learning process easier for Bangladeshi students and to smooth the path for newcomers.

Now, I live in Japan with my family. Alhamdulillah, we are doing well.

This journey has taught me that with patience, hard work, and faith, even the most distant dreams can become a reality.
